Get Started with Asset365

   Request your license key

   Email us at support@spsvn.com with the subject line:

   Asset365 Trial Request — [Your company name]

   Include your Microsoft 365 tenant domain (e.g. yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com). We will send your license key + deployment package within 1 business day.

   Upload to SharePoint App Catalog

   1. Go to SharePoint Admin Center → More features → Apps → App Catalog
   2. Open Apps for SharePoint library
   3. Click Upload → select the asset365.sppkg file we sent you
   4. When prompted, check "Make this solution available to all sites in the organization"
   5. Click Deploy
   ⚠️You need SharePoint Administrator or Global Administrator role to access the App Catalog.

   Add the Web Part to a SharePoint page

   1. Navigate to any SharePoint site where you want to use Asset365
   2. Open or create a page → click Edit
   3. Click + to add a new web part → search for "Asset365"
   4. Select the SPSVN_Asset365 web part and add it to the page
   5. Click Publish to save the page

   Enter your license key

   1. In the Asset365 web part, click the ⚙ Settings icon (top right corner)
   2. Paste your License Key into the license field
   3. Enter your Site URL (the SharePoint site where the app is installed)
   4. Click Activate — a green checkmark confirms successful activation

   Sync SharePoint Lists & you're ready! 🎉

   1. In Settings, click Sync SharePoint Lists → Sync Now
   2. Asset365 will automatically create all required lists:

   AS_Assets, AS_AssetCost, AS_Maintenance, AS_Inventory, AS_AssetCompliance, AS_Settings

   Once sync completes, go back to the main page — Asset365 is fully operational!
