Troubleshooting
The web part shows a blank page or loading error+
- Make sure the .sppkg was deployed with "Make available to all sites" checked.
- Run Settings → Sync SharePoint Lists — required lists may not exist yet.
- Check that your account has at least Contribute permission on the SharePoint site.
I get a "list does not exist" error+
Go to Settings → Sync SharePoint Lists and click Sync Now. This will create any missing lists automatically.
Cost records fail to save+
Ensure the AS_AssetCost list exists (run Sync if not). If the error mentions a missing column, re-run Sync to update the list schema to the latest version.
I cannot see the Asset365 web part in the web part picker+
The solution may not be deployed tenant-wide. Go to SharePoint Admin Center → Apps → App Catalog → find Asset365 → check "Make this solution available to all sites".
