Terms of Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Asset365 within your Microsoft 365 tenant for your internal business purposes.

• Your license is valid for the number of sites specified in your license plan.
• Trial licenses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• One license key is issued per Microsoft 365 tenant domain.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer Asset365 or your license key to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use Asset365 to develop a competing product
• Share your license key with organizations outside your company

Asset365, including all source code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of SPS Viet Nam Technology JSC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your data stored in SharePoint Lists remains your property.

Asset365 operates entirely within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online. Your use of Asset365 is also subject to Microsoft's licensing terms. We are not responsible for any interruption, change, or discontinuation of Microsoft 365 services.

• We may release updates to Asset365 at any time. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with Microsoft 365.
• Support is provided via email at support@spsvn.com during business hours (Mon–Fri, GMT+7).
• We reserve the right to discontinue support for versions older than 12 months.

Asset365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SPS Viet Nam Technology JSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Asset365, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of Asset365 and delete the .sppkg from your App Catalog.
• Your data in SharePoint Lists is not affected — it remains in your tenant under your control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Asset365 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
